Marketing and disposition support for rural property
Receivers, attorneys, trustees and financial institutions need a clear view of the property, its market and the steps toward a sale. Our seller services include work with law firms, trust departments and CPAs on complex transactions. We begin by discussing the property, sale objectives, timing and authorized instructions, then define the brokerage engagement with the designated representative.
Present the land clearly
We help explain the property’s agricultural and recreational features, improvements and available records. Our marketing services include professional photography and video, property maps, brochures, digital advertising and outreach to qualified buyers.
Connect the property with buyers
We can develop a marketing approach for the offering, coordinate showings and buyer inquiries, and communicate offers to the designated representative. The scope and sale process reflect the engagement and any applicable court requirements.
Coordinate toward a sale
Our brokerage team works alongside the receiver, attorneys and other transaction professionals through negotiations and closing coordination. Legal decisions and required approvals remain with the authorized parties and counsel.
When a formal valuation is needed, our agricultural appraisal team can discuss a separate engagement, including the property interests, intended use and valuation date.
