Background and Experience

Brendan Garrison joined Chas. S. Middleton and Son in 2016 after four years managing farms and ranches for J.P. Morgan Chase’s banking and trust department in Fort Worth.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in animal production from Tarleton State University and graduated from Texas Christian University’s Ranch Management Program.

Brokerage and Ranching Experience

Brendan’s work brings together agricultural education, property management, and active ranching. He is involved in his family’s King County ranch, where he operates a registered Angus seedstock business raising and selling bulls and bred heifers.

He is an associate broker in Texas and New Mexico and a real estate agent in Oklahoma and Kansas. His experience with livestock and ranch operations informs his work with farm and ranch buyers and sellers.

Beyond the Brokerage

Brendan has a longstanding interest in horses and trains and shows horses in National Reined Cow Horse Association events. His involvement in agricultural education has included service on a Texas Tech University equine advisory board. He also enjoys hunting and fishing.

My son, Shannon Burdett and I just recently closed on the purchase of the 4,600 acre Saul Ranch near Silverton, Texas shown to us by the owners' agents, Dane Mount and Brendan Garrison.  From the arrangements for the showing through the closing it was the best handled real estate transaction we have experienced.  They knew the property, knew what we were interested in and presented our offer and assisted with the details with great expertise and professionalism.  They were involved from beginning through the closing.  From getting the contract in escrow, they saw that the title company and Seller's attorney had what they needed, saw that the survey was done properly and coordinated the closing with skill and attention to every detail.  I give them a ten!!!!
