The terrain of this property is basically level; however, there are two shallow playa lake areas located on the southwest side and the southeast side of the farm. The floor of both low areas is that portion of the property not enrolled in the CRP. Slopes across the farm only range from 0-1%, so the slope to the low areas is minimal.
The primary soil type is Pullman clay loam, 0-1% slopes.
