Born and raised in the Texas Panhandle, Cooper Cogdell grew up on his family’s ranch near Tulia, Texas, and has been directly involved in production agriculture from an early age. After earning an undergraduate and a graduate degree in Agribusiness from Texas Tech University, Cooper then worked for Plains Capital Bank in Lubbock for two years.

Cooper has since returned home to the family ranch and is the fourth-generation of the Cogdell family to live and work on the Tule Ranch, which is primarily located in the rugged Palo Duro Canyon. In addition to his real estate business, Cooper now partners with his brother in operating a commercial cow/calf and stocker operation. Cooper has been married to Holly since 2013 and they have two children, McCrae and Billy Hayes. In his spare time, Cooper enjoys training and showing young horses in cutting and ranch horse competitions.
