The ranch has good fences except for on the north side of the ranch, which is currently not fenced.

Hunting and Recreation

Hunting on the ranch is considered to be excellent with game species that include white-tail deer, dove, quail, and hogs.

There is currently no water on the ranch, but there are a few good places to build an earthen stock tank
