  Access is good, being by paved CR 340 on the south, paved CR 165 on the west, and graded CR 330 on the north.

General Description

  The Kalsec - Marian Farm is operated in a combination of partially irrigated farmland and pasture.  Two older center pivot irrigation systems are located on this section, covering approximately 120 acres each.  The remainder of the property is in native and improved pasture. 

  The overall terrain varies from nearly level to gently sloping, with slopes ranging from 0-5%.  The primary soil is Arvana fine sandy loam.   

Improvements

  Improvements include two older center pivot irrigation systems that are in operable condition. 

Water

  Eight (8) irrigation wells are developed on this farm, with six (6) being operable.  The total production of these wells is estimated to be in the 250 to 300 gpm range.
