Background and Experience

Cooper Cogdell was raised on his family’s ranch near Tulia in the Texas Panhandle and has worked in production agriculture from an early age. He earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in agribusiness from Texas Tech University and spent two years with Plains Capital Bank in Lubbock.

Cooper returned to the family ranch as the fourth generation of the Cogdell family to live and work on the Tule Ranch, primarily located in the rugged Palo Duro Canyon.

Brokerage and Ranching Experience

A Texas real estate agent, Cooper combines agricultural education, banking experience, and active ranch management in his work with farm and ranch buyers and sellers. He and his brother operate a commercial cow-calf and stocker business.

Beyond the Brokerage

Cooper and his wife, Holly, married in 2013 and have two children, McCrae and Billy Hayes. Cooper enjoys training and showing young horses in cutting and ranch horse competitions.
