The Vaughn Farm consists of a total of 1,202.1 acres, with 580.97 acres enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program and approximately 621.13 acres being in improved pasture.  The CRP portion of the property is generating $19,452 per year, with 87.44 acres expiring in 2020 and the remainder expiring in 2023.  The improved pasture portion of the property is fenced and currently supports a small cow/calf herd. 

The terrain of the property varies from nearly level to very gently sloping.  Slopes across this farm range from 0-3%, with approximately 75% of the property having slopes that only ranges from 0-1%.  The primary soils are Amarillo and Arvana fine sandy loam.
