A good road network provides access throughout all portions of the property.

A nice metal building serves as the ranch bunkhouse. This barndominium is approximately 30’x40’, has three bedrooms, an open living area, one and a half bathrooms and laundry area. This building has a nice covered porch as well as a covered parking area. 

An all-weather gravel and rock road provide access to the barndominium. The ranch has a tap on a city waterline, however, the current owners have not been using city water for several years. A water catchment system has been installed, which includes two 2,500 gallons collection tanks. In the years that this catchment system has been utilized there has yet to be a time that the owners did not have water.

 A solar water well located in the northwestern corner of the ranch is utilized for watering wildlife and cattle.
