The Riddel Ranch is very well located east of Aspermont in Stonewall County, Texas. The ranch is in three nearby tracts, all having good access. 

The ranch has a very diverse topography ranging from very scenic breaks with cedar cover to productive mesquite flats. The ranch has not been grazed throughout the current year and the native grasses and forbs overall are in excellent condition.

The southern portion of the ranch is fairly open with a moderate canopy of mesquite. As you transition towards the northern and eastern end of the ranch cedar becomes more prevalent and there is more topography.

There are several cultivated fields scattered throughout the ranch totaling over 420 acres. Many of the larger fields are divided into several pastures offering rotational grazing.



This ranch has been under the same long-term family ownership for decades and this is the first time the property has ever been offered for sale.



The ranch is considered to be well watered overall with numerous water sources, including the flowing live creeks, several seasonal creeks and small tributaries, springs, dirt tanks, electric water wells with pipelines and windmills.

The main ranch headquarters is located in the northern portion of the property and consists of a modest ranch house, shipping and working pens, a nice metal barn with concrete floor and pens/traps.

An older rock home serves as the hunters quarters and is located near Rock Creek. There is another home, currently occupied, that is located in the southern portion of the ranch. All of the homes on the property are currently in use.

There are three sets of pipe shipping pens located on the ranch with several sets of pipe and wire working pens. The shipping and working pens are very adequate for the ranch and appear to be in excellent working condition.

The ranch is fenced and cross fenced into many pastures with traps.
