We are honored to announce the exclusive listing of the Henson Farm located in western Terry County. This farm was previously enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP). In 2018, the owner placed this land back into cultivation for the purpose of growing organic crops. The Henson Farm is located approximately 10 miles west and 2.5 miles south of Brownfield, Texas. Access is good, being by graded CR 470 on the south.

As previously mentioned, this property was enrolled in the CRP and has recently been put back into cultivation. The owner has spent the 2018 crop year drilling wells, putting in underground line and putting up center pivots. This farm is ready for an organic crop.

The terrain varies from nearly level to very gently sloping, with the primary soil being Amarillo loamy fine sand, 0-3% slopes.

Improvements include two 2018 model Reinke quarter mile center pivots, five (5) irrigation wells and a network of underground line. All of the equipment located on this farm is new and installed in 2018. According to the owner, the five irrigation wells pump a combined total of +/-350 gallons per minute.
