LOCATION

  Glenwood Creek is located in the Eastern Texas Panhandle and situated in the north central portion of Donley County. This rolling to rugged ranch country of the Panhandle is known for big ranches as well as excellent hunting.

Located about 14 miles northeast of Clarendon, the county seat of Donley County, it’s a one-hour and 15-minute drive from Amarillo, 2.5 hours from Lubbock, about 4 hours from Ft. Worth, and a little over 3 hours from Oklahoma City.  

This property is surrounded by some of the larger ranches in this area of the Panhandle, including the historic RO Ranch among others.

TOPOGRAPHY

 Topography of the ranch is varied, from the mesquite flat country in the northeast, to areas of rolling shin oak in the extreme southeastern corner, to the scenic break country on the west with drainages down to Glenwood Creek, the ranch offers a variety of landscapes and topography that will appeal to hunters, cattle operators and outdoor enthusiasts. Large cottonwoods, hackberry, willow and elm trees line the valleys and draws leading down to the Glenwood Creek valley and Horse Creek.

WATER

Live water is found in two locations on the ranch. Glenwood Creek along the west side of the property, and Horse Creek on the southeast side.
