Frisco Creek Ranch

Approximately 80 air miles north of Amarillo, being northeast of Stratford, TX.

 

History

The ranch is located in an area of long term family ownerships, where properties of this size and quality are seldom offered for sale.

 

Terrain

The terrain varies from nearly level to rolling and hilly with some broken mesa type country. Soils are generally deep and fertile and 367 +/- acres are under pivot irrigation, farmed in corn. Approximately 1,500 additional acres were once in CRP and have an established stand of improved grasses. This land is suitable to be farmed again and it appears that irrigation water is available. Water
