The majority of the Edgemon Farm is currently enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program, with the entire property being in a good stand of mixed grasses.  The terrain of the property varies from nearly level to gently sloping.  The majority of the farm has a mostly level terrain, with approximately 35 acres sloping gently to a low area located in the northeast corner.  Basically, 90% of the property has slopes that range from 0-1% and 10% has slopes that range from 1-3%.   

Improvements
