Property Description

The Double Creek Ranch is located in Comanche County approximately 4 miles southeast of Gustine, Texas.  The property consists of 1,670+/- acres separated by FM Hwy. 1702.  969+/- acres are located on the west side of FM 1702 with 701+/- acres on the east side of the highway.  Both tracts have substantial frontage on FM 1702.  In addition to FM 1702, the ranch is bordered on the west by County Road 266 and County Road 260 on the north.
