General Description

  The Carter Ranch has a rolling terrain, with an elevation change of approximately 100 feet.  The brush covering the entire ranch is a great mixture of shinnery oak, scattered oak mots, and mesquite.  On the easternmost side is the caprock-type escarpment.

  To the best of our knowledge, there are no working water wells located on the property. But it does have 5 seasonal stock tanks.

Hunting

  The Carter Ranch has been under the same family since 2001. This ranch is in some really good quail and whitetail deer hunting in Dickens County. The family has only shot two bucks off this place since 2001.
