I would really like to take a minute to express my gratitude to CM&S’s Rusty Lawson and Clint Robinson for the wonderful job they did in helping me sell off the farmland from my father’s Estate in Lamb and Childress Counties. Both of them were extremely pleasant and professional, easy to work with, and answered all of my questions and concerns with compassion and understanding.

Clint in particular was an absolutely enormous help in Childress County. The Estate’s property there had numerous issues that created challenges before we could even think about selling it. He helped us navigate and overcome each and every obstacle with a great deal of good natured humor and patience (and believe me, he *needed* it!); and we are scheduled for closing tomorrow on the final parcel of land. (Hallelujah!!!!) I will be forever grateful for all the help and guidance he provided throughout a process that ended up being quite a bit more involved and convoluted than any of us ever anticipated.

I highly recommend either of these gentlemen as outstanding representation for not only CM&S but for their clients. Hire them to do the job for you. You won’t regret it.
