I can’t tell you how pleased we were with the service that both Dwain and Jim provide with our recent land purchase, we closed in December 2019.  They were very knowable on the area and market as well as very professional to work with.  They were there the whole way and no question was too small for them to address.  They were always available for a call, text or an email.  They have decades of experience and it really showed.  They were not about “closing the sale” but making sure we very comfortable through the whole process.  I can tell you it was the best buying experience I have ever had.  I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.
