About Me

Retired Associate Broker

Retirement and Career Legacy

Dwain Nunez has retired from active brokerage to spend time traveling with his wife, Diane, and enjoying their family. His career with Chas. S. Middleton and Son reflects a longstanding connection to New Mexico agriculture and the firm’s team.

Dwain began working with Sam Middleton in the early 1990s. He later worked alongside Jim Welles and Sam on New Mexico ranch transactions, building on relationships developed throughout his agricultural lending career.

Agricultural Lending and Brokerage Experience

Dwain began his career with Farm Credit of New Mexico in 1991 and retired from the organization at the end of 2017. His work gave him experience with agricultural financing, ranch and farm operations, and New Mexico land markets.

He obtained his New Mexico associate broker license in February 2017. His brokerage work drew on relationships with landowners, lenders, title companies, attorneys, and fellow brokers.

Beyond the Brokerage

Dwain and Diane look forward to seeing more of the United States and spending time with family. He credits his relationship with Sam and the Middleton team as an important part of his professional life.

My Testimonials

Ranch Sale

01/07/2020

I've known Dwain Nunez since our days back at NMSU many years ago. He was the first (and only) person I contacted when we decided to sell our ranch in Guadalupe County, NM in early 2019. I couldn't be happier with the results. Dwain and Jim came as a team and they provided us with assistance and guidance during the whole process. Their knowledge of the market and their ability to help us work through the issues that invariably arise in any real estate transaction were invaluable. They went "above and beyond". I would like to thank them again for all the hard work and effort!
