The Village Bend Ranch is located in Palo Pinto County approximately 30 miles west of Weatherford, Texas. The DFW metroplex is only about an hour drive to the east with east access to I-20. The property consists of 520± acres with access off Village Bend Road which is just north of the intersection of I-20 and Hwy 281. A private gated entrance is located on Village Bend Road with electric gates for your convenience.

The topography of the ranch is rolling sandy hills with beautiful coastal Bermuda fields on both sides as you enter the ranch. As you head south through the ranch there is a gradual slope down to the Brazos River. Cattle have been run on the coastal fields with horses kept in the large runs near the barn. The ranch has some very nice improvements for the horse lover and the person who wants to run some cattle. There is a covered riding arena along with a round pen located just outside the stables. There are 8 enclosed stalls with individual turn out pens for each stall. Automatic water systems are located in each stall with an additional area for washing and grooming the animals.  A very nice and adequate living quarters/apartment is located in the middle of the horse complex. Water Features:
