Both have access by various graded county roads.

All of Section 2, BS&F Survey, Abstract 1099 and the West-Hale (W/2) of Section 7, Block A, BS&F Survey, Abstract 5, Crosby County, Texas, SAVE and EXCEPT the Northeast 7 acres of the West-half of Section 7. According to the Crosby County Appraisal District, this property contains a total of 953 acres, more or less.

General Description:

As mentioned, H-G Farms consists of two non-contiguous tracts containing a total of +/-953 acres. Tract #1 (640 acres) is all dry cropland, with the exception of +/-133 acres remaining in native pasture. Tract #2 (313 acres) is also all dry cropland, with the exception of +/-5 acres in a playa lake area.

The overall terrain varies from nearly level to gently sloping. The primary soil found on both farms is Pullman silty clay loam, 0-1% slopes.
