My practice consists of the valuation of farms, ranches, and commercial cattle feedyards and farm/ranch sales. The majority of my valuation assignments include appraisals for estate tax and estate planning purposes, bank loans, expert witness testimony, farm and ranch partitions, and estimating the diminution in market value due to wildfire damage on ranch properties. I graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Economics in December 1998 and a Master of Land Economics and Real Estate degree in August 2000.
